The Next Iron Chef

Apparently I can actually win a contest for my creativity in the kitchen! There is a chicken recipe contest every year, and intend to submit as many recipes as I can before the deadline. I hope everyone likes chicken because they're going to be eating a lot of it these next couple of months.

Chris, you are a shoe-in to be a finalist. Last year all five finalists were women, so at least in the name of gender equality, they will have to let you be a winner. What chicken bits are real man food? Crispy neck to munch on at the bar? What would be the chicken equivalent of riblets?
